Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for our client base.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and refine recruiting strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
