Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local talent and develop relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize industry-leading CRM software to manage candidate pipelines, track job orders, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Perform market research to identify emerging trends in the Cleveland job market and new recruitment opportunities.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and clients seamlessly.
- Attend weekly training sessions to refine your recruiting techniques and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, upbeat demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn sales and recruitment strategies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
