Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing of potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and job boards).
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Track candidate activities and update CRM systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred for local outreach).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
