Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions in various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and social media platforms to find passive candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a commission-driven, high-performance environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
