Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and reference checks to ensure a perfect fit.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Virginia Beach area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
