- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent and conducting interviews to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, culture fit needs, and strategic goals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide actionable insights to the sales and recruiting teams.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Horizon Staffing Partners at local career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time experience in technical or general staffing recruitment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate offers effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and organizational discipline.
