Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Resume Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify passive and active job seekers.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to exceed sales targets and earn a competitive income.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
