Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to source qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both client and candidate.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiations and onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability in Fresno.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
