Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full applicant lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding and placement.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates with precision and professionalism.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and staffing needs in the Portland area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
