Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage job orders and candidate pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers in the Oklahoma City area.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary and permanent staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Market open positions through various channels to attract high-quality talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
