Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for a variety of open positions within the Cleveland area.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local client companies to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills testing and reference verification.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client site visits.
