Job Summary
In this role, you will act as a bridge between local businesses and skilled workers. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to placing them in daily pay jobs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify top talent for our client roster.
- Match qualified candidates with daily pay jobs in construction, logistics, and administrative sectors.
- Manage candidate onboarding, including background checks, drug screening, and I-9 verification.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses to ensure a steady flow of work.
- Track candidate metrics and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
