Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Screen and interview applicants to determine job fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Manage candidate data and update recruitment systems (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote our brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
