- Match candidates to job assignments based on skills, experience, and availability.
- Onboard new hires and clearly explain the benefits of our daily pay model.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill urgent vacancies and meet client demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software (experience with recruiting tools is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
