Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse part-time and temporary roles across Sacramento
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS, ensuring timely communication and exceptional experience
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates and client satisfaction follow-ups
- Develop creative recruitment strategies leveraging digital platforms and local networks
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for key performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with Sacramento market knowledge
- Proven ability to source and place part-time/contract professionals
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with keen eye for talent potential
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
