Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Perform initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Matching: Utilize our proprietary ATS to match qualified candidates with open positions in the San Jose tech and industrial sectors.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their evolving hiring needs and provide top-tier staffing solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the hiring process, including documentation, orientation, and payroll setup.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate time-tracking and verify hours worked for daily pay processing.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
