Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and engage passive candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Consultation: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Long Beach businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruiting software (ATS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
