Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for weekend temporary and temp-to-hire positions.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
- Coordinate with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs and skill requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in payroll processing and time-tracking verification for weekend staff.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates within the New York area.
- Represent the company at local job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
