Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for weekend staffing needs.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and processing payroll documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate availability and status updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software (ATS experience a plus).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
