Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews for temporary and permanent placements.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding processes for weekend shifts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
