Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across multiple industries
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system with weekend-specific workflow optimization
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers for urgent weekend staffing needs
- Coordinate onboarding for weekend placements with precision and timeliness
- Track key metrics including weekend placement success rates and candidate satisfaction
- Update candidate profiles and job requisitions in real-time during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Houston's weekend job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates remotely
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Workday
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
