Responsibilities
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit for our Minneapolis clients.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure we are always ready to meet client demands.
- Client Relations: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliance protocols are met.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about labor market trends in Minnesota to advise candidates on salary expectations and industry growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
