Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with top employers across Nashville
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance
- Utilize our ATS system to track placements and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
- Facilitate weekly staffing meetings with client partners
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Tennessee driver's license (client site visits required)
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs
- College degree preferred
