- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage daily workforce allocation and shift scheduling across multiple job sites
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers with 24-hour turnaround
- Resolve staffing issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and operational continuity
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in temporary labor environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in daily pay positions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with LA job markets and staffing regulations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and payroll processing software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
