Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and logistics
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leveraging ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Marketing staffing solutions to local businesses through targeted outreach
- Analyzing market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Deep understanding of New Orleans' job market and industry landscape
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
