Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct client-facing interviews and present top-tier talent for consideration
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage candidate onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and California labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (billings, placements, retention)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with client-facing experience
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
