- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and skills assessments
- Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline and placement documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
- Track KPIs and report on recruitment metrics weekly
- Participate in industry events to expand professional network
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for client meetings)
