Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs including healthcare, IT, and light industrial roles
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and networking strategies
- Manage client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs and deliver exceptional service
- Onboard new hires efficiently and ensure smooth placement transitions for all stakeholders
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and relationship management
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruitment platforms
