Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with Texas-based companies
- Conducting behavioral interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Leveraging ATS systems to track pipelines and metrics
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conducting market research to identify emerging talent trends in Texas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expert knowledge of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record for client visits
