Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top-tier talent for open positions.
- Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Placement Management: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required (we offer training!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly placement targets.
