Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, manage workflows, and generate weekly payroll reports
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for high-demand roles in New Orleans
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a staffing agency or corporate HR department
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of New Orleans job market and local industry trends
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for recruitment events
