Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across Milwaukee's key industries
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand evolving staffing needs
- Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates and provide ongoing support
- Leverage applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Deep knowledge of Milwaukee's job market and key industry sectors (manufacturing, healthcare, IT)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment with weekly pay structure
