Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of Mesa's business landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
