Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication and market insights
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate progress and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven mindset with history of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
