Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for pipeline management
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Drive candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid NC driver's license (client site visits required)
