Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
- Facilitate client interviews and offer negotiations
- Manage onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Develop and nurture client relationships
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with California labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing beneficial
