Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and security sectors
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships with Minneapolis businesses requiring 24/7 staffing solutions
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night hours to accommodate candidate availability
- Manage end-to-end placement process including onboarding, payroll coordination, and performance tracking
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates active during overnight periods
- Analyze market trends to optimize staffing solutions for night shift operations
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 candidate and client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven night shift placement success
- Deep knowledge of Minneapolis' overnight employment landscape and industry demands
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct high-stakes interviews during non-standard hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and virtual interview platforms
- Valid Minnesota staffing/recruitment license or willingness to obtain immediately
