Responsibilities
- Manage Night Shift Operations: Oversee the scheduling and placement of temporary and permanent employees for evening and overnight shifts.
- Candidate Vetting: Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure they are a perfect fit for our client’s needs.
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide regular updates on candidate availability.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate timesheet entry and adherence to labor laws and company policies for night shift workers.
- Problem Solving: Handle scheduling conflicts and urgent staffing requests that arise during the night shift efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or administrative role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
