What You'll Do
As the Night Shift Staffing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our workforce and our clients. Your role is critical in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign staffing shifts for clients across the Denver metro area, ensuring 100% shift coverage.
- Manage incoming requests for temporary labor and screen candidates for night-shift compatibility.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to ensure all night staff understand safety protocols and job requirements.
- Resolve urgent staffing conflicts and re-allocate resources in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance metrics during the night shift to ensure quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with client managers to adjust staffing levels based on demand fluctuations.
- Update and maintain the internal database of night-shift personnel and availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, logistics, or workforce management.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
