Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic outreach
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise sourcing candidates for software engineering, data science, and product roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
