Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Finance, Healthcare)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Charlotte market
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilize ATS systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue

Qualifications
