Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client/candidate meetings
