Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend and overnight shifts
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements for weekend assignments
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and clients
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with accurate data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in sourcing weekend/hourly shift workers
- Strong interview and assessment skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
