Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience with weekend shift availability

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and video interviewing tools
- Deep knowledge of Mesa's job market, especially weekend-heavy industries

- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation for local client visits
