Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multi-channel recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and skills assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships across diverse industries in Tucson metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to successful placement
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
