Responsibilities
- Screen and interview qualified candidates for a variety of open positions across multiple industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and industry-specific channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required for on-site client visits.
