Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and maintain accurate records
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Participate in local job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Cleveland's local job market and industries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
