Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
- Source talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
