Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies to identify and screen qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market feedback to candidates.
- Placement Support: Guide candidates through the interview process and assist with offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong motivation will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY (on-site or hybrid presence preferred).
