Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system data and recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill open positions
- Participate in weekly training sessions and performance coaching
- Contribute to team goals and KPIs for placement success
Qualifications
- No prior staffing or recruitment experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ATS systems
